Garanties
Each individual piece comes with a 5-day inspection period after purchase. If the watch is not received in the condition in which it was sent, please contact us for return instructions. Returns must be shipped overnight or via international priority shipping, with signature confirmation, and must be paid for by the customer. Refunds will be accepted only in cases of force majeure.
Most of our products are vintage or pre-owned, each with its own history. Regular servicing is recommended and necessary to ensure the long-term reliability of the watch. Our timepieces are not guaranteed to be water-resistant.
Condition and Accuracy
Each watch will be delivered as described. As most of our pieces are vintage and pre-owned, please expect wear and patina resulting from use and the passage of time. Any marks, scratches, or damage to the piece will be disclosed in the item description and photographs. Please read each item’s description and carefully review all product images before purchasing.
The majority of our timepieces feature mechanical movements, which are not as accurate as quartz movements. We inspect all our pieces to ensure they are functioning properly before offering them for sale. Timekeeping may vary depending on the model and brand. Regular servicing and care are recommended after purchase—generally every three to five years—to ensure the accuracy and durability of your watch.

Customs and Import Fees — United States
Orders shipped to the United States from Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees, as determined by U.S. customs authorities. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
Maison Vintage Watches has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Refusal to pay customs fees may result in delays, return of the package, or abandonment by customs authorities, with no possibility of a refund.
